Our forum member alvincyt dicovered the solution - Restart Windows!!
Yes, that is the only solution we got to fix this bug!! I have reported to Fujitsu about this. Hope they will fix it in their update!
These two days, virous tests were performed on my U2010. They covers the general hardware performance, battery life and video playback.
The following video tells you most of the U2010 performance. The only weakness I found is playing HD WMV, no matter 720p or 1080p will give you unsatisfactory result. (It is expected). U2010 plays RMVB format with virable bitrate has no much problem. Only MP4 format gives a little bit laggy in full screen.
In general, movie playback in low resolution video should be satifactory!
CrystalMark 2004 R3

[Mark] 18657; [ALU] 5175; [FPU] 4205
[MEM] 3931; [HDD] 3601
I have summarized most of the CrystalMark results in this table.
You may find there are significant different between Intel Atom Z520 and Z530.
I just have a brief experience on Z520 (a quick hand-on with Willcom D4), what my feeling is that the general speed running Vista is faster in U2010 than in D4. However, Vista performance govened by many factors including drivers and hardware. Hence there is no reliable comparison.
Referring to the CrystalMark score, Z520 ([ALU] 4407;[FPU] 3564) and Z530 ([ALU] 5175; [FPU] 4205), both ALU and FPU of Z530 are superior to Z520 (reasonable, Core speed is faster on Z530). Although Intel Atom N270 (1.6GHz) of Eee PC 901 ([ALU] 5416;[FPU] 4665[/b]) has a little higher score than Z530 of U2010, Z530 supports HT and hence in actual multi-tasking situation, Z530 may be better.
1. Fujitsu Lifebook U2010 - Intel Atom Z530, 1.6GHz [ALU] 5175; [FPU] 4205
2. Kohjinsha SA6 - AMD Geode LX800, 500 MHz: [ALU] 995;[FLU] 739
3. Kohjinsha SH6 - Intel A100, 600 MHz: [ALU] 2261;[FPU] 2363
4. Kohjinsha SR8 - Intel A110, 800 MHz: [ALU] 2864;[FPU] 3043
5. Kohjinsha SC3 - Intel Atom Z520, 1.33 GHz: [ALU] 4407;[FPU] 3564
6. Eee PC 901 - Intel Atom N270, 1.6GHz: [ALU] 5416;[FPU] 4665
7. Eee PC 900 - Intel Celeron, 900 MHz: [ALU] 3433;[FPU] 4190
HDTune Benchmark

I also interested on the HDD performance, 24.7MB/sec is just fairly acceptable.
20.0ms access time is also not a good figure. Maybe changing to a faster HDD or SSD will be the solution (for high-end user whom I'm not).
RAM Shortage
I found 1Gb RAM is definitely not enough for U2010 or Vista!! During the tests, I found the RAM usage is always keeping on 80% when idle!!
When playing video, even the CPU loading is not in maximum (or only in 40%) but the RAM usage closes to 100%!! The laggy of video playback sometimes is due to RAM shortage. The point is we cannot add RAM by ourselve, the RAM is soldered on the motherboard! I think Windows XP is the unique solution (Linux of course)!
Sammary
General performance is acceptable
Video playback is acceptable
Battery Life is good
Net Surfing is good
RAM is not enough
Vista is no good
